Amazon’s live-action Reacher series has expertly adapted Lee Child’s literary source material so far, and that page-to-screen mastery is set to continue with Season 4. Showrunner Nick Santora hasn’t been afraid to make several tasteful tweaks to Child’s action saga, but for the most part, the exploits of Alan Ritchson’s Jack Reacher have honored the books very well to date. Although the release order of the books hasn’t been adhered to by the Amazon project, this has caused surprisingly few adaptation obstacles. Reacher Season 4 is being forced to pivot, though.
