Avengers Endgame: Encore has shown that MCU fatigue has been greatly exaggerated. The seven-year-old film, which can be streamed on Disney+, topped the weekend box office with $26 million on its re-release. That was the second-biggest opening for a re-release, only behind the 1997 Special Edition release of Star Wars. We not only got to relive the highs of Endgame, but we also got to see four minutes of new footage that sets up Avengers: Doomsday.
