Marvel Studios’ X-Men reboot is currently taking shape, with seven of the film’s main cast members announced at Disney’s D23 Expo in August of 2026. During the event, Marvel Studios President Kevin Feige revealed that more castings for the highly-anticipated movie will be announced at a later date. Principal photography on the untitled film, set to be released in theaters on May 5, 2028, hasn’t yet begun, but its young cast is wasting no time landing work outside of the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
