Work Underway on Las Vegas Airport Hangar, Office Space

Infrastructure developer and hangar keeper SR Aviation Infrastructure (SRAI), has broken ground on a $22 million project at Las Vegas Harry Reid International Airport (KLAS).
SRAI acquired the 23-acre property, with 268,000 square feet of hangar space and 32,000 square feet of office space, in 2024. The company will demolish 14 small hangars totaling 61,000 square feet by year-end and replace them with three 25,000-square-foot hangars, equipped with ample office space and 30-foot-high doors capable of accommodating the latest ultra-long-range business jets.
The hangars are suitable for corporations, high net worth individuals, and/or charter companies. One of the three hangars—slated for completion in the first quarter of 2028—has already been leased.
While the KLAS facility was SRAI’s first, it has five others, three operational: Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport (KBZN) in Montana and San Antonio International Airport (KSAT), along with Las Vegas; and three under development in Montana, Denver and Long Island.
