Tupac Shakur’s Killer Found Guilty — The 1996 Murder Case Is Finally Closed
In the 1990s, almost nobody in the rap music world was a bigger name than Tupac Shakur, better known by his stage name “2pac.” Shakur was best known for his musical work, earning seven Grammy nominations and winning an American Music Award for Favorite Rap/Hip-Hop artist in 1997. Shakur also had half a dozen roles in major movies during the first few years of the 1990s, including a breakout performance as Bishop alongside Omar Epps’ Q in the 1992 movie Juice. Tragically, his run of fame came to a screeching end before it could even truly get off the ground.
