One of the more unexpectedly durable things about The Witcher is that all three versions of the franchise are still advancing at once. The games, the Netflix series, and the books are moving at very different speeds, but they continue feeding into the same larger audience. CD Projekt Red is deep into The Witcher 4, which shifts the focus to Ciri and is not expected until 2028, while Netflix has pushed its fifth and final season with Liam Hemsworth to 2027.
