The past three seasons of Tulsa King really put Dwight Manfredi (Sylvester Stallone) through the wringer, yet he continues to thrive in exile by surviving turf wars, betrayals, and heavy institutional opposition. Along the way, he also forged uneasy alliances with people who could just as easily turn on him — including Bill Bevilaqua (Frank Grillo), the Kansas City mob boss who arrived in Season 2 to claim Tulsa for himself. It seemed that Bill’s story had run its course in Season 3, but Stallone worked behind the scenes to ensure Grillo’s time on the show was far from over.
