Warning! Spoilers ahead for Star Trek: Strange New Worlds Season 4, Episode 8, “Orders of Magnitude.”Although many of the Star Trek: The Original Series characters who feature in Strange New Worlds are already fully established franchise legends, there are several who began the Paramount+ prequel as relatively obscure. Some of them had very few appearances in the show that kick-started the beloved space opera in the 1960s, but the modern-era project has fleshed them out into much more vivid individuals. However, the writers have certainly needed to keep one eye on the classic era while filling in the blanks. One of the more obscure Original Series characters showcased in Strange New Worlds is Dr. Joseph M’Benga.
