RCG Ventures Picks Up 207K-SF Tucker Retail Center

RCG Ventures acquired the Tucker Meridian Shopping Center in Tucker, Georgia. Ben F. Kushner Company was the seller. The sales price was not disclosed. Kushner demolished an office park to make way for the retail center in 2015.

The grocery-anchored center at 4310 Lavista Road is populated by Sprouts Farmers Market, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Hobby Lobby, Ross Dress for Less and DSW. The property, with 207,000 square feet, was approximately 98.7% occupied at the time of sale.

Colliers’ Henry Kushner and Joe Montgomery represented Ben F. Kushner Company in the sale of the property to RCG.

RCG Ventures is a privately funded real estate investment group that acquires and develops commercial real estate in the United States. We primarily focus on multi-tenant, anchored shopping centers with the potential for long-term ownership.

Ben F. Kushner Co. is a real estate services firm specializing in commercial property investments, development, renovations as well as property management and leasing.
