Haynes, a Massachusetts- and Rhode Island-based construction management firm, is leading a multi-level renovation of Hotel 1620, a boutique waterfront hotel in historic Plymouth, MA operated by Linchris and included in its Independent Collection of Hotels.

Slated to begin in early November, the renovation encompasses a new main lobby and reception area, along with an adjoining work lounge, micro market, pub, pre-function corridor and new public restrooms. On the first floor, Haynes is renovating the indoor pool cabana, event room, adjacent fitness corridor and additional public restrooms. Work on the third and fourth floors extends to the elevator lobbies.

Designed by Corgan, a Texas-based architectural firm, in collaboration with owner Linchris Hotel Corporation, the renovation introduces a coastal New England aesthetic that complements the hotel’s harborside setting in Plymouth, according to Haynes.
