When it comes to announcing new video game adaptations, Netflix has been on a roll recently. Between the upcoming Assassin’s Creed, Gears of War, and BioShock adaptations, those who enjoy action-packed and story-heavy video games have plenty to look forward to. Before these new announcements, Netflix already made a name for itself in the world of video game adaptations with successful shows like The Witcher, Arcane, and Castlevania. None of those shows expanded outside the sphere of video gameadaptations the same way that video game shows like The Last of Us and Fallout did. (Arcane might be the exception.) However, Netflix’s newest video game adaptation may be able to achieve that goal.
