Effective September 1, 2026, MIAX Options and MIAX Sapphire Options Exchanges will amend the following fees pending filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission:

1. MIAX Options Exchange – Priority Customer Rebate Program (“PCRP”) Alternative Complex Rebates
   1. Per Contract Credit for Priority Customer Complex Orders if the EEM’s total monthly Priority Customer non-paired Complex Options volume is greater than or equal to 50% of Member’s total monthly PCRP option volume:
      1. Tier 1: ($0.23)
      2. Tier 2: ($0.27)
      3. Tiers 3-5: ($0.28)
   2. The per Contract Credit for Priority Customer Complex Orders if the EEM’s total monthly Priority Customer non-paired Complex Options order is less than 50% of the Member’s total monthly PCRP option volume remains unchanged
2. MIAX Sapphire Options Exchange – Floor Market Maker Fees and Floor Broker Breakup Credit for Non-Penny classes
   1. Floor Market Maker Fees for Non-Penny classes will be amended to $0.94 per contract
   2. Floor Broker Breakup Credit for Non-Penny classes will be amended to ($0.25) per contract
