It is with great distress that we must report: Jared Leto is actually great in Masters of the Universe. Although he won an Academy Award for Dallas Buyers Club, Jared Leto has developed a reputation among hardcore cinephiles and even casual audiences as an immediate red flag. Despite there being no evidence that he could carry a blockbuster movie, he was still given lead roles in Morbius and Tron: Ares. Meanwhile, his attempts at method acting as The Joker in Suicide Squad or as Paolo in House of Gucci have resulted in laughably terrible performances. This is all before one even factors in the multiple allegations of sexual misconduct against the actor.
