Martial arts icon and Hollywood legend Jackie Chan will return for a sequel to one of his best action thrillers, with a new listing confirming both the cast and a filming start date. After slowing down just a little and leaning more into family-friendly fare in recent years, including the Panda Plan franchise, the martial arts crossover Karate Kid: Legends, and a voice role as Splinter in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Mayhem, Chan unleashed gritty violence in 2025 with one of his best movies in years.
