Harrison Street, CP Group Trade Boca Raton Offices for $82.1M

Harrison Street and CP Group offloaded the One Boca Place office building for $78.88 million. The S. Florida Business Journal reports that Golden East Investor was the buyer. City National Bank of Florida provided an $82.1 million construction to the buyer.
One Boca Place last traded for $76.35 million in 2014.
The four-story office was built on the 7.75-acre site just west of Interstate 95 in 1986. It has 286,890 square feet of office space. It features a conference center, a café, a fitness center, and an on-site car wash. There is 75,900 square feet of space available for lease at One Boca Place at an asking rate of $52 per square foot.
CP Group was part of a group that sold the Boca Raton Innovation Campus (BRIC) to Related Ross in September. And days later, CP Group sold Two Town Center, where it houses its headquarters.
