Diversified Partners is advancing a new 24-acre mixed-use development at the southeast corner of Ironwood Road and Ranch Road in San Tan Valley.

The project includes approximately 25,000 square feet of proposed retail space and an approximately 50,000-square-foot medical building, which is under contract with OrthoArizona. Additional opportunities remain available for retail, restaurant, ground lease and build-to-suit users. Planned features include multiple shop buildings, a hard corner pad with drive-thru potential, two additional pad sites and a medical building.

Located along Ironwood Road, it’s positioned within one of Arizona’s most active growth corridors and the nation’s second-fastest-growing county (Pinal).
