It’s difficult to overstate the impact The Mandalorian had on the Star Warsfranchise when it first debuted back in 2019. A flagship title of the all-new streaming service Disney+, the series marked the first live-action TV series set in a galaxy far, far away. With the series premiere, we met “Baby Yoda,” who has become one of the biggest breakout characters of the decade. It’s safe to say the series was a success, as it spawned two subsequent seasons, while also inspiring spin-offs and building confidence in more live-action Star Wars programs.
