Denzel Washington is one of the most legendary American actors of all time. The two-time Academy Award winner landed his first Oscar in 1990 for his role as Private Silas Trip in Glory (1989) and again in 2002 for his turn as a corrupt police officer in the nail-biting crime thriller Training Day (2001). And Washington’s decorated time on the big screen is yet to show any signs of slowing, with the actor — now in his 70s — continuing to pick up varied roles in the industry.
