Link Logistics has selected Cushman & Wakefield to lead leasing for a 955,000-square-foot portfolio of six industrial buildings located at 1212 N. 50th St. in Tampa, Fla.

Cushman & Wakefield’s Lisa Ross, Trey Carswell, Sam Korolos and Melissa Watterworth will lead leasing efforts on behalf of Link Logistics.

Situated in the East Tampa submarket, the portfolio’s six buildings range in size from 75,000 to 245,000 square feet and were built in the mid-1970s. Approximately 208,750 square feet is currently or soon available for lease, with individual spaces ranging from 3,750 to 80,000 square feet.

Added Ross, “With direct access to four major thoroughfares and a wide range of suite sizes, this park appeals to a broad tenant base, from growing local operators to regional distributors looking for a central, logistics-friendly location.”
