This weekend, Christopher Nolan will finally come to theaters across the world with what is already being described as his magnum opus, The Odyssey. Based on the Greek poet Homer’s epic poem written about 2,700 years ago, this story details Odysseus’ journey back home after the Trojan War, as he travels back home to Ithaca to get back to his wife Penelope and his son Telemachus while they fend off a mob of suitors trying to usurp his throne. This movie is also the first ever to be completely shot with IMAX cameras, making it one of the boldest endeavors in the history of film.
