The Bosch TV franchise isn’t slowing down anytime soon, especially when the upcoming prequel series has ramped up filming. Renewed for a second season, Ballard will also focus on Renee Ballard (Maggie Q), Harry Bosch’s (Titus Welliver) frequent collaborator in the novel series. Welliver had always asserted that his character could have taken on more cases lifted from or inspired by the Bosch books — speaking to MovieWeb, he teased they’re making headway into adapting a new story.
