Bank of America has appointed Sonali Theisen as head of Global Digital Assets Platform, according to a memo seen by Traders Magazine.

In addition to her current responsibilities as head of Global FICC E‑Trading and Markets Strategic Investments, Theisen will provide enterprise leadership for the design, build, scaling, and governance of Bank of America’s digital assets platform. She has more than two decades of experience digitizing markets and leading businesses through change via technology and partnerships.

Theisen will continue to report to Ashok Krishnan, Head of Platforms within the global markets group at Bank of America.

Bank of America also appointed Kevin Milsom as head of Platforms AI Transformation, where he will be responsible for driving AI adoption and implementation across platforms Milsom is currently head of Platform Development and AI Products at the bank.

Lastly, the bank said Amy Avery, who leads Analytics, Modeling & Insights (AMI), and her team will transition to the Global Platforms group.
