Mayfair Witchesis an adaptation of author Anne Rice’s Lives of the Mayfair Witches books, about a clan of magic-users based in New Orleans. The first season introduced us to Rowan Mayfair (Alexandra Daddario), a neurosurgeon who was surprised to learn that she’d been named as the new head of the family. In the second season, she dealt with the fallout of giving birth to a demon baby who grew almost immediately into an adult man (Jack Huston). The lives of the Mayfair witches are complicated.
