26 Years After ‘Peanuts’ Ended, Charlie Brown’s Wisest Quote Is Still Unbeaten
Whether you’re 16 or 76, chances are you’re familiar with Charlie Brown and his lovable group of friends, the Peanuts gang. The Peanuts comic strip was first released in 1950 and ran all the way until the year 2000, when the strip’s creator, Charles M. Schulz, suddenly passed away. Throughout those 50 years, Schulz developed and brought to life a variety of unique characters, including the Peanuts‘ main character, Charlie Brown. Charlie Brown had his moments where he would act like a typical kid — playing yard games, crushing on friends, and spending time with his beloved dog, Snoopy — but he was also known for his more melancholy outlook on life, and his random sprinkles of wisdom that he would share with those around him.
