I recently ranked Jason Statham‘s greatest fight scenes, which allowed me to revisit several of his best action movies. While combing through impeccably choreographed martial arts bouts, attempting to highlight the actor’s most impressive displays of talent, I kept thinking about how many of his action movies still deserve sequels. Statham isn’t a stranger to making his mark with franchises, as The Transporter series helped make him an action star. He’s also appeared in all four Expendables movies, the Fast & Furious franchise, and even spent multiple films battling a giant shark in the Meg series.
