CB Equities Offloads 64K-SF Charlotte Flex Office Building

CB Equities offloaded Forest Park IV at 600 Forest Point Circle for $11 million. CB paid $9.2 million for the 64,000-square-foot Charlotte office building in 2023. Greenleaf Capital Partners was the buyer.

The Charlotte Business Chronicle reports that CB converted it into a flex office property. It has 16-foot clear heights, three dock-high doors, a drive-in door and parking for 360 vehicles. Built in 1999, the property is part of the Forest Park business park.

Forest Park IV is 100% leased to Flexential, Tranzact and Preferred Electric Co.

CBRE’s Matt Smith, Patrick Gildea, Robert Hardaway, Kris Westmoreland and Alek Salfia represented the seller in the transaction.

On its website, CB says it has identified and remains hyper-focused on three primary investment markets poised for population and economic growth in the short, medium and long terms. They have established presences in each of these three markets: the Greater Boston Metro Area, the Charlotte Metropolitan Area, and Southeast Florida.
