Three weeks after debuting on Prime Video, a seven-episode epic fantasy series that puts a new spin on an old tale is still one of the biggest streaming hits in the world. Premiering on DailyWire+ earlier this year, the series was created by Jeremy Boreing and takes its cues from the novel series by Stephen R. Lawhead. Though some have described it as “anti-woke” largely because of its conservative connection, the series itself is primarily focused on delivering an epic fantasy adventure rather than promoting a particular political ideology.
