Roanoke Helming Hotel/Convention Center Project

Garfield Public/Private has broken ground on a lifestyle-branded hotel and convention center to meet Roanoke’s growing demand for tourism and event space. The town is the development’s sponsor.
Located at 600 S. Oak St., Roanoke, Texas, the planned 169,152-square-foot development will include a 205-key hotel, approximately 20,000 square feet of meeting space, a signature restaurant, and a parking garage with approximately 300 spaces. The hotel will include guest amenities such as a fitness center, an internal courtyard with a pool and pool bar, a restaurant, a lobby bar and lounge with outdoor patio, and a full-service coffee bar with grab-and-go options.
The hotel will be named The Cade Roanoke, part of Hilton’s Curio Collection by Hilton brand. The convention center will feature a ballroom, meeting room, and boardroom.
The project design is led by BOKA Powell as architect. Brasfield & Gorrie will construct the facilities as the design-build general contractor.
Construction on the project is expected to take approximately 23 months to complete.
