Arizona Biltmore Owners Buy Wrigley Mansion

The Wrigley Mansion is joining the Arizona Biltmore under ownership by Henderson Park in a joint venture with Western & Southern Financial Group, and funds managed by Hamilton Lane, South Street Partners and Pyramid Global Hospitality. Pyramid Global Hospitality will oversee operations at both properties. It was sold by the Hormel family, who owned it for 34 years. The sales price was $17 million.

Henderson Park paid just over $700 million for the Biltmore in 2024.

Perched atop a 100-foot knoll above the Arizona Biltmore, Wrigley Mansion offers sweeping 360-degree views of the Valley. In 1931, William Wrigley Jr., who had helped establish and owned the neighboring Arizona Biltmore, commissioned the Mansion as a 50th wedding anniversary gift for his wife, Ada – creating a legacy shared by the two Phoenix landmarks for nearly a century.

The Arizona Biltmore opened in 1929.
