Paramount+ offers a wealth of thrillers to binge, including originals like Evil, School Spirits, Halo, and non-originals like Jericho, Extant, Under the Dome, and Battlestar Galactica. One of the streamer’s most-watched post-apocalyptic thrillers is based on a landmark Stephen King novel and was released 26 years after the story was first adapted into a TV miniseries. Given the themes and timeline relative to the COVID-19 pandemic, the new version takes on a much more disturbingly realistic meaning.
