The world of Harry Potteris set to expand with HBO’s incoming reexamination of the beloved IP. It’s a tough task to follow the movies so many of us grew up on, but HBO aims to improve on the formula of the originals by taking a deeper dive into the backstories and lore of the wonderful Wizarding World. It’s not just the Golden Trio we’ll be seeing more of, either. Beloved — or reviled — characters like Lucius Malfoy will also earn a thorough exploration in the fresh Harry Potter series.
