ON THE MOVE: Narayanan Mahesh Joins Citi; Marex Promotes Allison DiClemente

Narayanan Mahesh has joined Citi as Head of Equities Electronic Execution (Americas), according to a LinkedIn post. Mahesh is an experienced finance professional with a background in investment analysis and financial markets. He previously served as Senior Vice President at Jefferies & Company and, earlier in his career, worked as an analyst at Citigroup. His experience spans investment analysis and senior-level responsibilities within the financial services industry.
Marex has promoted Allison DiClemente to Global Head of Capital Introduction, according to a press release. Based in New York, Allison joined Marex Prime Services as Executive Director in May 2024, with 20 years’ experience in the industry including 15 years at Barclays Corporate & Investment Bank where she was Director of Capital Introduction and Business Development.

Marguerite Eastwood has joined FINRA as Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), according to a LinkedIn post. Eastwood brings over 30 years of distinguished HR leadership experience, with a particular focus on complex professional services organizations. Previously, she served as CHRO of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, where she led the organization’s people strategy, talent initiatives and culture efforts, helping strengthen and develop its workforce.
CME Group has made senior leadership appointments in its finance and legal divisions. Jack Tobin, who has served as CME Group Chief Accounting Officer since 2015, will be promoted to Chief Financial Officer and will join the company’s management team, effective March 2027, when the company’s current President & CFO Lynne Fitzpatrick becomes CEO. Tobin will become Deputy Chief Financial Officer in November 2026. Matthew Render will succeed Tobin as Chief Accounting Officer. In addition, John Marchese has been promoted to General Counsel, joining the CME Group management team. Marchese has been Managing Director & Associate General Counsel, Litigation & Information Technology since 2024. Later this month, he will succeed Jonathan Marcus, who is stepping down after serving as General Counsel since 2022.
William Blair has announced that Pete Dalrymple will return to the firm as managing director, vice chair of investment banking. Dalrymple previously spent more than 14 years at William Blair, most recently as global head of Technology investment banking from 2020 to 2025 and served for three years on the firm’s executive committee. Earlier in his career, he worked at Canaccord Genuity.

Arcesium has appointed Brian Rosenberg as President, Revenue and Commercial, according to a press release. He will be joining the Executive Committee and overseeing client and partner development alongside go-to-market strategy and execution. Rosenberg brings 20 years of experience from Wilshire Indexes, Qontigo, FTSE Russell/LSEG, SunGard, MSCI and RiskMetrics.
Clear Street has appointed Stephen Nash as Chief Business Officer, Global Partnerships, according to a press release. Nash spent nearly nine years at DriveWealth, most recently as Chief Commercial Officer, leading global commercial strategy for the brokerage-infrastructure platform that lets banks, fintechs and financial institutions offer investing to their customers. Prior to that, he spent a decade in cross-border capital markets banking: co-heading the International Markets Group at Cowen and Company (now TD Cowen), with earlier roles at Piper Jaffray (now Piper Sandler) and Citigroup.
Callum Dunn has joined DIGITEC as Lead Solutions Architect. According to a press release, he worked in global FX and interest-rate markets for more than 20 years. Most recently he spent 12 years at Westpac, where he became Global Head of FX Forwards. Before joining Westpac, Callum spent more than five years at Standard Chartered Bank, trading G10 and emerging-market short-term interest-rate products.
