Move-ins are officially underway at RT500, a new 179-unit luxury community developed by The Connell Company in Berkeley Heights, NJ. The 11-story property is located within The Park, a 185-acre mixed-use campus about 30 minutes from downtown New York City. Greystar is managing leasing and in-person tours at RT500, which offers a mix of studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments.

The Connell Company is touting the high-end amenities at the property, including a gym, co-working space, and dedicated game room. RT500 forms part of a $500 million redevelopment of a former office campus off Routes 78 and 22. In addition to the residential property, The Park also features a 176-room Embassy Suites Hotel, 1.5 million square feet of offices, and 160,000 square feet of dining, entertainment, wellness and lifestyle concepts.

“From the moment residents walk through the doors, we want them to feel RT500 offers a place where their home, work, wellness, and social life can all come together,” said Shane Connell, executive vice president of The Connell Company in a statement.
