Taylor Sheridan has spent the past four years turning Paramount+ into something like a private studio lot, and for most of that run, the machine has been remarkably punctual, with a Yellowstone spin-off in the spring, a crime drama in the fall, and a fresh title dropped into any gap that opened up. That rhythm has broken down in 2026, though, and the one show that ought to have been easiest to schedule has instead gone quiet for the better part of a year.
