Artificial Intelligence Companies Reshaping Dublin Office Demand As OpenAI Confirms HQ
OpenAI has leased the Tropical Fruit Warehouse as its new European headquarters, taking 88K SF to support its growing workforce.
The artificial intelligence giant, which has circa 100 employees in Dublin today, is planning to create 250 new roles over the next two years.
“We continue to invest and grow in Ireland as we meet increasing demand across the region,” OpenAI Associate General Counsel and Head of Ireland Emma Redmond said in a statement.
