9 Sizzling New Premium Spirits for Summer

For the world’s leading spirits and wine houses, a new release is rarely just about a new bottle design. Rather, it provides a brand a unique opportunity to revisit heritage and connect with collectors and enthusiasts, particularly in key regions. This season’s most notable alcohol launches span limited-edition bottles, new expressions and milestone anniversaries. From Roku Gin’s tea-infused seasonal expression and Veuve Clicquot’s outdoor celebrations to Penfolds Grange’s 75th anniversary collection, these new releases demonstrate the many ways luxury beverages continue to evolve and the experiential marketing strategies behind them. Across gin, whisky, Champagne and fine wine, today’s most anticipated releases highlight how heritage brands are evolving for a new generation of collectors and enthusiasts.

Roku Gin Noryo Tea Edition

Inspired by the Japanese tradition of noryo — the art of finding relief from the summer heat — The House of Suntory has expanded Roku Gin’s Seasonal Festival Collection with the limited-edition Roku Noryo Tea Edition. The release celebrates the height of the Japanese summer through two of the gin’s defining botanicals: Sencha and Gyokuro tea, both harvested at their seasonal peak to capture their freshest aromas and flavour. Building on Roku’s signature six Japanese botanicals, the expression places greater emphasis on green tea, resulting in a layered profile where delicate floral notes, citrus brightness and savoury umami are balanced by a clean, lingering finish. This sees Roku Gin Noryo Tea Edition provide a more refreshing interpretation of the classic Japanese gin, well suited to highballs and other summer serves.

The seasonal theme extends beyond the liquid itself. Embossed botanical details, tea leaf motifs and a washi paper label illustrated in soft green hues reflect Suntory’s philosophy of shun — celebrating ingredients at the moment they are at their very best. To mark the launch, Roku Gin is also bringing the concept of noryo to Singapore through immersive tasting experiences and tea-inspired cocktails, reinforcing the growing appeal of Japanese spirits.

Belvedere Vodka

Ahead of Singapore’s National Day celebrations, Belvedere Vodka is unveiling its Singapore Limited Edition bottle with the launch of its first-ever city-inspired limited-edition bottle. Designed as a tribute to Singapore after dark, the collectible release captures the city’s illuminated skyline and vibrant nightlife, celebrating the energy that unfolds across its rooftop bars, cocktail lounges and late-night dining scene. Produced at Poland’s longest-operating vodka distillery using 100 percent organic rye, Belvedere’s signature expression balances notes of almond, vanilla and white pepper with a smooth, velvety finish. While the spirit itself remains unchanged, the limited-edition bottle transforms it into a collector’s piece that reflects the city’s growing reputation as one of Asia’s leading cocktail destinations.

Accompanying the launch is a series of city-wide activations, alongside a collection of cocktail recipes designed to bring the experience home. From timeless serves such as the Belvedere Martini and Vodka Soda to fruit-forward favourites including the Lychee Martini and Cosmopolitan, the release embraces the easy-drinking spirit of summer entertaining. Both a commemorative keepsake and a seasonal gift, the Singapore Limited Edition bottle offers a distinctly local interpretation of one of the world’s best-known luxury vodkas.

Dom Pérignon Unveils Three New Vintages

Dom Pérignon has expanded its celebrated vintage portfolio with the release of three new expressions: Dom Pérignon Vintage 2017, Dom Pérignon Vintage 2008 – Plénitude 2 and Dom Pérignon Rosé 2010. Unveiled in Singapore, the trio represents how time, terroir and patient maturation continue to shape one of Champagne’s most revered houses. As with every Dom Pérignon release, each wine is produced exclusively from a single harvest, reflecting the unique conditions of its vintage rather than striving for stylistic consistency year after year. The newly released Vintage 2017 captures the character of a challenging growing season, while the 2008 Plénitude 2 reveals the added complexity and depth achieved through an extended period of ageing on the lees. Completing the collection, the Rosé 2010 offers a richer, more structured interpretation of the Maison’s signature style.

To celebrate the launch, the Maison hosted its first gathering of the Dom Pérignon Society Chefs from across Southeast Asia, bringing together acclaimed chefs from Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia and Japan for an immersive evening centred on the theme of Harmony. Throughout August and September, specially curated pairing menus created by chefs from Saint Pierre, Burnt Ends, Butcher’s Block, Les Amis, Mauri and Potong will continue the celebration, highlighting the enduring relationship between fine Champagne and gastronomy.

Hendrick’s Gin’s Another Hendrick’s

Nearly a decade after its last permanent innovation, Hendrick’s Gin introduces Another Hendrick’s, a new expression that explores an unexpected side of the Scottish gin house. While retaining the brand’s signature cucumber and rose infusions, the new release introduces bright orange blossom and silky cacao beans, creating a more layered profile of floral freshness. Crafted at the Hendrick’s Gin Palace on Scotland’s Ayrshire coast, Another Hendrick’s reflects Master Distiller Lesley Gracie’s continued approach to unconventional flavour exploration. Inspired by the contrast between flowers and chocolate, Gracie developed a gin that combines the brightness of botanicals with the smooth depth of cacao, resulting in aromas of citrus and florals followed by a soft, velvety finish.

Presented in a distinctive white bottle, Another Hendrick’s offers a new interpretation of the brand’s familiar serves. Designed to be enjoyed in classic formats such as a gin and tonic or through more contemporary cocktails, the expression retains Hendrick’s approachable character while introducing a different sensory experience. The launch arrives in Singapore alongside Anotherland, Hendrick’s global platform celebrating curiosity and discovery. Bringing this concept to life locally, the brand will host a series of activations across the city, including Another Hendrick’s bar experiences and collaborations that invite drinkers to explore a different side of the gin. Through serves such as the Another Hendrick’s Spritz, featuring apple, prosecco, soda and cherry liqueur, the new expression offers a new take on familiar cocktails.

Penfolds Grange 75th Anniversary

This year marks the 75th anniversary of Penfolds Grange, the flagship label that has become synonymous with Australian fine wine since its creation in 1951. Created by legendary winemaker Max Schubert, Grange has become a benchmark of Australian fine wine, renowned for its exceptional ageing potential and enduring collectability.

To commemorate the anniversary, Penfolds has unveiled a limited-edition gifting collection centred around Grange 2021, accompanied by Bin 707 Cabernet Sauvignon 2023, St Henri Shiraz 2021, Bin 389 Cabernet Shiraz 2023 and FWT 585 Cabernet Merlot Petit Verdot 2022. Each release is presented in specially commissioned packaging inspired by the traditional art of paper cutting, with layered illustrations celebrating the Year of the Horse. The Grange presentation is particularly elaborate, featuring an interactive gift box that reveals hidden artwork beneath its outer layers and includes a detachable keepsake keyring, elevating the release beyond a commemorative bottle into a collector’s edition. For collectors across Asia, the anniversary collection offers a rare opportunity to acquire one of Australian wine’s defining labels in a presentation created to mark both a cultural celebration and an important chapter in Penfolds’ history.

Minuty M Rosé Limited Edition

For summer 2026, Château Minuty once again captures the spirit of the French Riviera with a limited-edition release of its signature M Rosé. Produced from Grenache, Syrah, Cinsault and Tibouren grown across the diverse terroirs of the Côtes de Provence, the wine remains true to the estate’s hallmark Mediterranean roots. The latest vintage opens with expressive notes of white-fleshed fruit, peaches and exotic fruit before unfolding into a palate defined by freshness and a subtle saline character — a reflection of the maritime influence that shapes the vineyards surrounding Saint-Tropez. Best served well chilled, it is designed for leisurely lunches, alfresco dining and long summer evenings.

This year’s collector’s bottle also marks a creative collaboration with Italian artist Lucia Vinti, whose residency at the historic estate inspired an illustration celebrating Minuty’s 90-year heritage and the “relaxed rhythm of Provençal life”. Soft Mediterranean hues and playful motifs echo the wine’s fruit-forward profile, while an accompanying seasonal tart recipe further reinforces the Maison’s enduring connection between wine, gastronomy and the art of living, resulting in a rosé that is as visually evocative as it is refreshing, making it one of this summer’s standout tipples.

Veuve Clicquot Le Picnic

Champagne is often associated with grand celebrations, but Veuve Clicquot is bringing a more relaxed interpretation to the season with Le Picnic, transforming the classic picnic into an outdoor summer experience. Following destinations including Paris and Japan, the concept arrived in Singapore at Gardens by the Bay, where guests gathered against the backdrop of Marina Bay Sands and the Supertrees for an afternoon celebrating the Maison’s signature art de vivre. Created in collaboration with French textile house Souleiado, the experience combined colourful tablescapes, artisanal tableware and a curated selection of gourmet bites inspired by the charm of a French farmers’ market.

At the centre of the experience were two of the Maison’s most recognisable cuvées: Veuve Clicquot Yellow Label and Veuve Clicquot Brut Rosé. The former showcases the house’s signature balance through notes of white fruit, citrus and brioche, while the latter offers a fresher expression with aromas of red fruit and subtle spice. Extending beyond a single event, Le Picnic continues across Singapore through seasonal gatherings at Shangri-La Orchard and Tanjong Beach Club.

Special Mentions:

Toki Suntory Whisky

While whisky may not be the first spirit associated with summer, the growing popularity of refreshing highballs and lighter whisky cocktails have broadened its seasonal appeal. Bringing together the distinct characters of Hakushu, Yamazaki and Chita, Toki Suntory Whisky marks the Singapore debut of one of The House of Suntory’s most versatile expressions. Created by Suntory’s fourth Chief Blender Shinji Fukuyo, Toki — meaning “time” in Japanese — reflects the balance between preserving heritage and embracing reinvention. The whisky combines the fresh, herbal character of Hakushu malt, the depth of Yamazaki malts and the smooth sweetness of Chita grain whisky, resulting in a bright and approachable profile with notes of green apple, basil, honey, grapefruit and gentle spice.

Designed for versatility, Toki can be enjoyed neat, over ice or in a highball, a serve deeply embedded in Japan’s casual drinking culture. To mark its Singapore launch, The House of Suntory is bringing this idea to life through Toki Time, a listening bar experience at Pop City by Jigger & Pony Group that pairs Japanese whisky with contemporary music and cocktail culture. Running throughout July and August, the series explores different chapters of Japanese-inspired sounds, from City Pop and Kayōkyoku to Shibuya Nu-Jazz and electronic influences, alongside exclusive creations including the Salted Citrus Highball, Apricot Whisky Sour and Pocky Old Fashioned. Through this fusion of whisky, music and nightlife, Toki introduces a new way to experience Japanese whisky.

Highland Park 18-Year-Old

Highland Park has introduced a refreshed identity for its core whisky collection, with the 18-Year-Old leading a redesign that places the distillery’s Orkney origins firmly at the forefront. While the award-winning single malt remains unchanged, the updated presentation celebrates the distinctive island environment that has shaped Highland Park’s whisky for more than two centuries. Distilled in Kirkwall since 1798, Highland Park is renowned for its use of Orkney’s unique heather-rich peat, which lends the whisky its signature aromatic smokiness. Matured predominantly in first-fill sherry-seasoned European oak casks, the 18-Year-Old offers layers of dried fruit, warming spice and subtle smoke, balanced by remarkable smoothness that has made it one of the distillery’s most acclaimed expressions.

The new packaging reflects these origins through a cleaner, contemporary design inspired by Orkney’s dramatic coastlines, long summer days and distinctive natural light. Heather-flecked labels, woodgrain-inspired detailing and a “Product of Orkney” mark embossed into the bottle reinforce the whisky’s sense of place, while fully recyclable cartons underline the distillery’s continued sustainability efforts. It is a thoughtful evolution for one of Scotland’s most recognisable single malts, reminding drinkers that Highland Park’s greatest point of difference has always been the island it calls home.
