Spotex, an institutional trading venue for FX, precious metals and digital assets, has appointed Joe Tuccio as Head of Digital Assets. According to a LinkeIn post, Tuccio is Head of Digital Partnerships at Seabury Capital, a long-time investor in Spotex. He brings 20 years’ financial markets experience to Spotex, with almost half his career focused on institutional digital assets. He has held global business development roles at Elysium Technology Group and BOSONIC, and was Managing Director, Global Head of Digital Asset Management at Nukkleus Capital, which he helped scale ahead of its sale in 2020.

Nick Field has shared on LinkedIn that he’s starting a new position as Futures & Options Sales and Trading at Barclays Investment Bank. He joins Barclays after more than 20 years at Merrill Lynch, where he most recently served as EMEA Head of FICC Execution. He was also a Director at the firm from 2005 until 2023, overseeing execution capabilities across fixed income, currencies and commodities markets.

Prediction market platform Kalshi has appointed Dillon Borgida as Head of Private Client Sales & Services, a company spokesperson told Traders Magazine. In his new role, Borgida will be developing a white-glove support program for advanced traders, according to the spokesperson. Borgida was formerly at Underdog, a fantasy sports and sports betting platform, supporting large clients. Previously, he worked at DraftKings, William Hill, and FanDuel.

ISS STOXX, a provider of comprehensive and data-centric research and technology solutions, has announced that that Virginia (Ginny) Gomez will assume the role of Chief Executive Officer of the firm on August 3, 2026. She will replace Gary Retelny as President and CEO, who steps down from his role after more than 15 years with the company. He will continue to serve as an advisor to the board of ISS STOXX. According to a press release, prior to joining ISS STOXX, Gomez was with Dun & Bradstreet where she held the role of President of North America. Prior to that, she served as Executive Vice President of Product and Portfolio Management at TransUnion. 

IRACE, a global institutional banking provider to the asset management industry, has appointed Scott Gralnick as Global Head of Institutional Growth. According to a press release, he joined IRACE from Marinade, where he served as Head of Institutional Growth and built the firm’s institutional pipeline across custodians, asset managers, and family offices in the Americas, EMEA, and APAC.
