Newmark’s Richard Furr, Brian O’Boyle, Jr., Brian Murphy and Jack Forman represented the seller, S2 Capital Acquisitions, in the transaction. Brian Kochan and Michael Caglianone arranged acquisition financing on behalf of the buyer, Granite Towers Equity Group. 

Located along Preston Road in West Plano, Hathaway at Willow Bend is a garden-style community offering one-, two- and three-bedroom residences, including a variety of townhome floor plans. Amenities include two swimming pools, an outdoor kitchen, bark park, natural creek setting and fitness center. Apartment interiors include gourmet kitchens and wood-burning fireplaces. 

According to Newmark Research, the Dallas-Fort Worth multifamily market continues to benefit from strong demographic and employment fundamentals. Dallas-Fort Worth led the nation in employment growth from 2019 through 2026, adding more than 604,400 jobs, a 16.3% increase.
